NOTE! Only International Students. We have now one furnished room available for an international student (master program) in our villa in Kungsladugård. The rooms are rented from September 1 2026, kitchen and bathroom are shared between four students. The rent includes everything, electricity, heating, water, fast broadband and also kitchen stuff. The house is right next to Slottskogen and Dalen's outdoor gym. Also nearby is Mariaplan with its range of restaurants and cafes. There are two ICA stores on Kungsladugårdsgatan. Public transport to Chalmers is very good. A monthly rent in deposit for the room. We are looking for a caring person with stable income that is non smoking and without animals.
