Uniquely designed studio apartment on the third floor of a private villa. The location is close to Campus, the hospital, and about 5 min walk to the center. Access is via separate entrance/staircase (not through the family's apartment). We rent out including furniture, a fully equipped kitchen - with dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle – water, heating and the use of laundry and garden, with fruit trees and barbecue. You pay 900 kr for electricity, fast Internet (fiber), cable-TV (Canal Digital), and you can use a parking place on the property. This uniquely designed penthouse apartment with about 70 sqm floor area, plenty of nooks and crannies (sloping ceiling), has large dormer windows with views overlooking the sea and Denmark, separate area for dining, two sleeping areas and living room with a large sofa and a 40 inch TV. Walking distance to sport arenas (Olympia) and nature trails (Jordbodalen). Good bus connections, proximity to many different shops, open air market, restaurants, gyms etc. NOTE: We require residents to be non-smokers, and no pets or children under 10 years (due to windows and steep staircase). Rental period Long-term: September/October until end of April, minimum 3 months. 9 890/month The advertised rent includes two persons. May-August we rent out per night or weekly, based on number of persons, from 900/n 4950/w The apartment can accommodate 2-4 persons comfortably, and is suitable for two adult singles sharing the rent, or a couple (with 1-2 children). The rent is calculated depending on length of stay and number of occupants. We are not strict on income and references, personality is more important. A deposit is required that will be refundable at the time of departure. Before you come to see the apartment, please submit your requirements, where you tell us a bit about yourself/selves, occupation, from when you want to rent and how long. We speak English and Swedish.
